We started with the software developer domain description from the ‘Hoger beroepsonderwijs ICT opleidingen’ group, also know as HBO-I. We adapted this domain description to better match tomorrow’s software developer, which resulted in the following cube:
The next step was to translate this cube into learning objectives, were proficiency level 3 equals NLQF5 and proficiency level 4 equals NLQF6. These learning objectives were then split up into multiple courses, where our course consist of 1 or multiple modules.
