With writing exams, it is checked whether you can write short English texts. This concerns, for example, writing down a message or writing a personal e-mail. You will be given between one - three exam tasks. The exam leader will give you a worksheet to write down your text. In addition to pen and scratch paper, you may (often) use a Dutch-English dictionary during the exam. It is also possible that the exam is taken digitally at your school. The exam leader will then tell you which resources you can use.

Make sure you are well prepared for your exams. That means:
🚀 You have practiced….a lot. The structure of many of these texts is important and can easily be remembered the more you practice
🚀 You have asked for lots of feedback. Feedback can be received via the assignments in Jarvis, during sessions, and via private message with your coach.
🚀 Memorise standard sentences and vocabulary so that you have as much language ready at your disposal. These in particular include sentence starters, conjunctions and linking words.
